- Production errors such as incorrect printing, wrong quantity, or misprints that deviate from the approved design.
- Damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-delivery of goods due to our failure.
- Double billing or erroneous payment.
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Mistakes in approved artwork or content.
- Delays caused by client inaction or late approvals.
- Slight color differences between on-screen and printed items.
- Used or altered products.
- Orders cancelled after production has begun.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos (if applicable).
- Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Options

- A reprint of the product at no cost.
- A partial or full refund.
- Store credit for future use.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before artwork approval or production begins. If production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Return of Products
We may require the return of defective products before processing a refund or reprint. Return shipping costs may be covered if the issue is our fault.
