General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of printing services by Almond Print limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “client”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Orders and Acceptance
- All orders must be confirmed in writing or through our official order form.
- A 50% deposit is required to initiate production unless otherwise agreed.
- Orders will only proceed after final artwork and specifications have been approved.

2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment must be made before delivery or collection, unless a credit account has been established.
- We reserve the right to revise prices due to changes in specifications or raw material costs.

3. Turnaround Time
- Estimated turnaround times begin from the date of final artwork approval and deposit payment.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approval, incomplete information) may affect delivery timelines.

4. Proofing and Approvals
- It is your responsibility to review and approve artwork proofs.
- We are not liable for errors in text, images, layout, or color after approval.

5. Print Quality and Color Variation
- While we aim to match colors closely, slight variations may occur due to different print processes.
- We do not guarantee exact matches to previously printed jobs.

6. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery or collection.

7. Claims and Refunds
- Claims for defects, damage, or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
- No refunds will be made for approved work unless the issue results from our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property
- You confirm that you have the right to use all text, images, and content supplied to us.
- We are not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from your content.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the reprinting or refund of the defective product.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

11. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

12. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request.
